These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Oathblades website, wiki, Mini Game arena, and related online services (the "Service"). The Service is provided by EK-Games. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Oathblades includes marketing pages for the full game, a browser Mini Game, community wiki content, and optional user accounts. Features may change, pause, or end as we develop the product. Steam wishlist and store pages are operated by Valve; your use of Steam is subject to Steam's own terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter these Terms in your jurisdiction. If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Guest or anonymous play, where offered, remains subject to these Terms and our moderation rules.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit, automate, or disrupt the Mini Game or site.
• Do not harass others, post illegal content, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not scrape or overload the Service beyond ordinary interactive use.
• Display names and user content must follow our moderation standards; we may remove content or restrict accounts that violate them.

4. User content and wiki

If you contribute wiki or other user content (where permitted by role), you grant EK-Games a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and adapt that content for operating Oathblades. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it. Staff may edit or remove contributions.

5. Intellectual property

Oathblades names, logos, art, code, audio, and lore are owned by EK-Games or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative commercial works from the Service except as expressly allowed (for example, ordinary personal use of the browser Mini Game or fair sharing of public page links).

6. Contact form

Messages sent via the contact form must be truthful and lawful. We may ignore or block spam, abusive mail, or automated submissions.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The full Steam game may differ from website descriptions or the Mini Game.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EK-Games and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (if any) or (b) fifty US dollars.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, abuse, or operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and limitations) will survive termination.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the Service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to EK-Games' principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
